Here at The Cooper Company, we are dedicated to providing not just excellent customer service, but an overall better customer experience! By conducting regular informational and procedural training sessions, we hope to provide our governing Boards of Directors with the knowledge they need to successfully lead their Homeowners Associations. Our last training included a presentation by Stefan Murphy, of Allied Trustee Services, which immersed our directors into the challenging tasks involved in the area of Collections of delinquent fees.  Big thanks to all who participated and we look forward to our next training opportunity!
