  • Prepare and propose detailed operating budgets and reserve funding
  • Supervise and control receipt and distribution of all funds; prepare financial reports and resale reconciliations
  • Monitor delinquencies and assist the Board in taking appropriate action
  • Conduct periodic inspections
  • Keep the community informed by producing informative newsletters as well as accurate documents and correspondence
  • Provide superior, prompt customer service
